I analyze what is best for you to transfer your assets to your loved ones whether that be a Will, a Trust or even a simple Transfer on Death Deed. My main concern is that your loved ones have a chance to grieve for their loss rather than worrying about an inheritance or how to settle your estate. However, an estate plan is not complete without a Power of Attorney for Property and a Power of Attorney for Health Care. These documents speak for you if you cannot speak for yourself.
